Three short videos for owners — the system that keeps a team selling even when you’re away. From someone who has built sales departments five times: BMW, real estate, international teams.

Built it. Stocked it. Hired.
And you can’t sell.

Nothing’s coming in, the loan clock is running, and the reps just shrug.

«Why am I stuck with
a team of slackers?»

Phones out. Always late. Ask about the plan — “we’ll see”.

You’re your company’s
most expensive rep.

You’re your own sales manager. It all runs through you. Vacation? Forget it.

Sound familiar? Then the bad news: you’ve tried to fix this already. It didn’t take. Here’s why.

You’ve tried this

Didn’t work.
One reason.

«New people»

You fired the “slackers” and hired new ones. Two months later the new ones are on the same phones. It isn’t the people. Nobody built the culture — and every new hire drops straight into the one you already have.

«Book a training»

The reps came back fired up and pushed hard for a week. A month later it had all rolled back. Knowledge doesn’t hold without a system. Only the system holds.

«Hire a star»

You brought in an expensive sales manager to save the day. You never handed over the reins, so he left. Or worse — he stayed, and now you get polished reports while you make decisions blind.

All three are the same bet — a magic pill. There’s no pill. There’s a system.

The system

«People make money». Five parts.

  1. Hiring

A trained recruiter screens out the “anyone will do” crowd before they reach you. Hire by type: who qualifies, who closes. And energy is non-negotiable — nobody buys from a flat rep.

  2. Product

The rep knows the product better than the buyer does. Then the hard questions stop landing on your desk, and the buyer stops hearing a script read out loud.

  3. Structure & plan

The sales plan is calculated from the funnel: leads → qualified → meetings → money. Not pulled out of the air, not wishful thinking. And the sales manager leads the team instead of criticizing it.

  4. Control & motivation

Numbers in the CRM instead of pretty reports. The stick is control, not humiliation. You build on strengths instead of repairing weaknesses.

  5. AI

Routine goes to AI: qualifying leads, reports, calculations. Deals go to people, because people buy from people. Empathy still wins.

Pull out one part and the machine jams. Put all five together and it runs without you.

Who I am

I didn’t read this in a book

Twenty years of selling, and of building the people who sell. I started as a secretary in a BMW sales department — three months in, they tore up the paper I had signed promising not to change roles for two years, because I was outselling the people training me. Then real estate: the Moscow region, then Bali, international teams with five different accents. Five sales departments built. Three different industries. The same blueprint every time — which is how I know it doesn’t work “in a niche”, it works anywhere there are people and a plan.

The award on the left is real. The BMW title “Leading sales manager for continental Europe” is a separate story — I show the paperwork on video.

What to do in your case

Where to start in your own team this week — and what I offer to anyone who wants to move faster.

The videos open in Telegram once you follow the channel — that’s the whole price. Watch them whenever it suits you: nothing gets lost.Worth knowing before you click: the training is in Russian — the videos, the bot and the channel. The system in it is the same one Juliya used to build international teams.

Questions

What people ask first

My business is niche. Have you worked in it?

It doesn’t matter what you sell. I have built sales for cars, for houses and for international projects — same blueprint every time: people, a plan built from the funnel, control by numbers. Only the words in the scripts change. A niche isn’t a reason, it’s an excuse.

I’ve hired consultants before. They burned the budget and left.

I know. That’s why I ask for nothing upfront. Watch three videos free, apply them yourself. Anything beyond that happens only if you want it.

What does working with you cost?

The training is free, and so is the diagnostic call. On the call we count your funnel and find where the money leaks out. We talk about anything further only if you actually need it.

I don’t have time to watch videos.

The first video is nine minutes — enough to tell whether this is for you. And a system that takes daily operations off your hands is worth any amount of time. That isn’t a cost, it’s a purchase.

Why do my reps miss the plan?

Usually the plan was drawn out of the air instead of calculated from the funnel: how many leads → how many meetings → how much money. The reps don’t believe the number, so they don’t chase it. Underneath that is culture: if sitting on your phone is allowed, people sit on their phones. Video one covers the fix.

How do I know my sales manager isn’t up to it?

Look in the CRM, not in the reports. If the decks add up but the cash doesn’t, you don’t have a sales manager, you have a storyteller. A good one leads the team by funnel numbers instead of grading it. The warning signs are in video two.

How are you different from people who teach sales from a stage?

I’m not a speaker. I sold — 21 BMWs in my record month — and built departments with my own hands. From a stage you get a good story. I tell you what to do on Monday morning.

I don’t have a sales team yet.

Then the training is one to grow into. Follow the channel — I break down sales there every week, and it pays off the day you hire your first rep.

Your team can hit plan without you.

Three videos, and you’ll see which part your machine is missing. What you do next is up to you.
